  • Introduction to The Work and writing a Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet

  • Anchoring in your body

  • Tips for hiking and doing The Work with a partner

  • Realization Point Trails (easy to moderate choices)

 

Lunch Break (1.5 hours)

Afternoon Session

  • Group check-in 

  • Working with the breath

  • Nature as Facilitator

  • ​Easy walk or seated Inquiry session

  • Enjoy your evening relaxing or exploring Boulder; the sunsets are usually colorful and incredible!​

Lunch Break (1.5 hours)

  • ​Optional group lunch at a local restaurant, 12:30pm

Venue and Lodging

  • We will be hosted at the Niwot Inn and Spa, a charming, boutique inn just a few minutes outside Boulder.

  • If you'd like to stay at the Inn, book your room directly, with this link. There are only 13 rooms, so if you're interested in staying there, be aware that the Inn will sell out.

  • There are many other BnB's and hotels available nearby.

  • We will meet each day in the conference room of the Niwott Inn before heading out for that day's adventures.  Coffee, tea and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Transportation and Lodging

  • Once you register, you will be invited to join a WhatsApp group if you'd like to coordinate with others to share housing, transportation, etc.​
