12 Session Container
What This Work Is Like
Our work together is steady and intentional. We move at a pace your nervous system can actually integrate. We listen to what’s here without trying to improve or fix it. We let patterns soften and unwind in their own time - through Body-Based Inquiry, movement, regulated breathing, and cultivating a curious, open-hearted presence. Over time, effort drops. Reactivity loses its grip. Clarity becomes something you live, not something you reach for.

Why 12 Sessions
Integration takes time. This container exists because meaningful shifts don’t happen in one-off sessions. They happen through continuity, building self-trust, and repeated opportunities for the body and mind to settle.
Twelve sessions is long enough to go somewhere real, without rushing.
An Invitation
If you’ve done the work
and are ready to let it land,
If you’re less interested in becoming someone new
and more interested in returning to yourself,
This container may be the right next step.
