Take a Thought for a Walk!


A 4-Hour Inquiry Workshop


Reconnect your mind and body in this unique hybrid experience that blends guided self-inquiry with time in nature.


We’ll begin with a 1-hour Zoom session to introduce the process and help you identify the thoughts you’d like to explore more deeply. We will also spend time exploring various techniques to support the mind-body connection as you hike.


Then, you’ll have 2 hours to head out to the trails for a walking/hiking Inquiry practice—on your own or with a partner from the group.


Whether on a trail, in a park, or just around your neighborhood, this is your time to move, reflect, and experience the clarity that comes from combining nature and movement with self-inquiry.


Finally, we’ll reconvene on Zoom for a final hour of integration, sharing, and Q&A.


Schedule (Pacific Time):


🕗 8:00–9:00 am:

Zoom Kickoff — Introduction to The Work of Byron Katie + how to engage the body in Inquiry


🌿 9:00–11:00 am:

Take Your Mind Outdoors — Walk, hike, and inquire (solo or with a partner)


💬 11:00–12:00 pm:

Zoom Closing — Share insights, ask questions, and integrate your experience
