This retreat offers a gentler way.
Instead of pushing, fixing, or forcing change, The Year End Unwind invites you to soften into yourself, reconnect with your body, and enter the new year from a place of clarity, ease, and genuine self-kindness.
Over this half-day together, you’ll be guided through a restorative blend of:
Somatic Dance + Movement: To shift out of mental tension and back into your body’s natural rhythm and intelligence.
Body-Based Inquiry: To unwind the stories and internal pressure that keep you stuck in stress, comparison, or “not enoughness.”
Regulated Breathing: To gently settle your system and open space for what wants to emerge next.
