But your body is still running the pattern.

What This Work Actually Does
This work is not about more insight. It’s about working directly with what happens in your body in the moments your patterns activate.
In a session, we:

This work requires continuity, because your nervous system changes through repetition and safety over time.
Across 12 sessions:

The Container
Flexible Pacing:
Twelve private sessions, weekly or bi-weekly (60-90 minutes)

Sessions weave Body-Based Inquiry, movement, breath, and relational presence

Clear structure and containment, no self-directing or optimizing the process

This is a closed container; the full arc matters
Optional Integration Practices:
Access to online content library

Meditations (live and recorded)

Somatic Movement and Dance (one weekly live class, library of recordings)
Direct Support:

One 15 minute "check-in" call, as needed, between sessions

E-mail support for practical, non-emergency, support/questions between sessions
This is a high-touch, deeply personalized space. I work with a small number of clients at a time to keep this work precise and relational.
