Not because you’re doing anything wrong. Insight alone doesn’t create change - and you’re starting to feel that.

Real change happens when the body is included. You stop trying to override yourself. Your system has space to actually process what it’s been holding.

What Happens In Four Months

We Build A Practice

Retreats and workshops can open something powerful… but without consistent practice, it fades. This is where that change becomes your baseline.

 

Over four months, you’ll practice: 

 

  • Identifying a real, current stress trigger 

  • Tracking how it shows up in your body (not your story) 

  • Using movement + bilateral activation to let the body process 

  • Returning to Inquiry from a clear, embodied place 

Themes we'll explore:

  • Self-Compassion and Self-Trust

  • The Mind is Like A Guard Dog

  • Fear and Safety

  • Mental Resistance and the Draw to What's Familiar (even when it's not good for us!)

  • Gaslighting and Spiritual Bypassing

  • Building Your Own Practice

This circle exists for one clear purpose: to support personal liberation from suffering, and to integrate what you learn into everyday life. 

 

We wouldn’t go to the gym for a weekend and expect lifelong fitness. Inner resilience works the same way.  This is how the work stops being something you do… and becomes how you live.

This Circle Is For You If…

  • ​You can explain your patterns clearly, but they still run your behavior 

  • You feel clear and grounded… until something gets triggered 

  • You know what’s true, but can’t stay there under pressure 

  • You’re tired of managing yourself from your head and sense that your body is holding more than your conscious mind can resolve 

  • You move through life feeling braced, rushed, anxious, or on guard, even when things are “fine” 

  • You want real, lasting change, not a temporary reset or peak experience 

  • You’re willing to slow down enough to feel - without forcing, fixing, or performing 

  • You’re open to working in relationship and community, not doing this entirely alone 

  • You want a practice that becomes part of your life, not another thing to “keep up with” 

  • You value kindness, honesty, and embodiment over hustle, pressure, or self-improvement culture 

 

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation, movement, or inquiry. You don’t need to have a clear goal or problem to fix. You just need a genuine desire to be in a different relationship with yourself.​

This Is Not A Good Fit If…

  • You’re looking to be “fixed” rather than willing to be present with what’s here.

  • You’re not open to working with the body or nervous system 

  • You prefer highly structured, performance-based programs with predictable outcomes 

  • You’re unwilling or unable to commit to a regular practice over time 

  • You want advice, strategies, or solutions without engaging in lived experience 

  • Because this work is online, it's not a fit if you’re currently seeking or engaged in crisis-level support that requires immediate clinical intervention, and/or are experiencing suicidal ideation
     

This work is gentle, but it’s real. It asks for presence, honesty, and commitment.​​

If you feel both drawn to this and a little resistant or unsure, that’s not a red flag. That’s often a sign that your system recognizes something unfamiliar… and meaningful. We can explore that together.

The Container

This is an intentionally small, high-contact community.  The Immersion Circle offers frequent opportunities for practice so you can incorporate this into your everyday life. This is where insights and breakthroughs become your new way of being.

What exactly is the 4-Month Immersion?

It’s a small, committed group that meets regularly over four months to help you reconnect your mind and body in a real, practical way.

Instead of trying to think your way out of anxiety, stress, or old patterns, you’ll learn how to listen to what your body is holding and meet your mind with more clarity, compassion, and simplicity.

Over time, your mind and body begin working together rather than in opposition, creating lasting, embodied change.

Is this good for beginners?

Yes. All levels of experience are welcome.

 

You don’t need any background in somatic work, meditation, or Inquiry. Each session gently guides you inward, meeting you exactly where you are.

 

The work is experiential, simple, and grounded. You’ll learn by doing, not by trying to get it “right.”

We’re all practicing together.

 

What if I miss a session?

 

No problem.

 

All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the practices, tools, and replays so you can stay connected to your work, even if you can’t attend live.

 

What kind of results can I expect?

 

Most people begin to notice:

  • Less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system

  • A clearer, more grounded mind

  • A deeper connection to their body’s signals and truth

  • More ease meeting fear, stress, or emotion without overwhelm

  • A sense of inner alignment, where mind and body are no longer pulling in different directions

How much time does it take?

 

You can move at your own pace.

 

Everything is recorded, so there’s no falling behind and no pressure to keep up. Just steady, supportive practice over time.

 

If you choose to engage fully, plan for about 3–4 hours per week devoted to your mind–body work.

Will I have to manage multiple platforms or links?

 

No.

Everything is in one simple, organized space inside the Circle platform. No ads, no feeds, no noise. Just a calm, focused environment for your work.
