The Sunday Landing is a gentle space to step out of performance, out of urgency, and back into direct experience.​ No fixing. No pressure. No doing it “right.”​ Just movement, breath, presence, and community.

What We Practice

Each session includes:

​

Somatic Movement + "Dance"

Move energy through the body in a natural, intuitive way.

 

This is not about having rhythm, looking cute, or putting on a show. Through simple, repetitive, bi-lateral movements, we get the mind out of the way so the body can complete the emotional cycle of what it's been holding.

 

We connect with the body’s natural intelligence by meeting physical sensation without a story, and welcome emotions to pass through without labels.

​

Guided Meditation + Nervous System Regulation

After movement, we slow down together. Through guided awareness, breath, stillness, and presence practices, you’ll have space to settle, soften, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

​

Weekly Rhythm + Consistency

Healing is rarely about one big breakthrough.​ More often, transformation happens through repeated experiences of safety, movement, and presence - building a practice, over time.

​

The Sunday Landing is designed to become a supportive weekly rhythm for your nervous system and your life.
