Body-Based Inquiry offers a way to meet stress by turning attention to the body.

Rather than trying to fix or reframe thoughts, we gently observe sensations, emotions, and impulses with curiosity and presence. As the body processes what it’s holding, the nervous system settles, and groundedness and clarity arise naturally.
