The Next Immersion Circle Begins July 2026

The Most Important and Lasting Relationship You Will Ever Have Is With Yourself.

Are You Your Type?

The most important and lasting relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.

And for many of us… that relationship is strained. You’re with your mind and body every moment. Yet instead of feeling at home, you might feel worn down by the constant onslaught of thoughts, pressure, and inner commentary.

Relief can start to look like:

  • staying busy

  • overworking

  • numbing out with food, drink, or screens

  • people-pleasing

  • chasing the next accomplishment

We try to fix the outside to escape what’s happening inside. But the cycle always returns.

Because what we’re really longing for isn’t distraction, it’s peace with ourselves.

The ability to meet our own mind and body with steadiness, kindness, and capacity. Without that foundation, every other relationship - family, friendships, work, life itself - feels harder, less stable, and sometimes overwhelming.

So the real question becomes: Are you your type?

The Immersion Circle

You’ll be invited to regular dates with yourself - standing appointments to connect with your own presence, listen deeply, and build trust in the relationship that matters most.

Over six months, you'll learn to:

What People Are Saying

Tricia, Oregon

"It gets you out of trying to solve everything in your mind and allows your body to work it out."

Katya, Florida

"A spa for my soul, mind, and body - not an external treatment like a massage or facial, but an inner one - gentle, deep, and real, healing from the inside out."

Saundra, California

"I feel like I did a year and a half of therapy in an hour and a half long session."

Jonathan, Colorado

"Korinne holds the space with great care, knowledge, and kindness."

Renee, Texas

“A grounding force in my life."

Tamami, Washington

"The somatic dance session with Korinne was a highlight. She guides the practice in a way that feels so safe, I was able to connect with my body and have a profound emotional release. It was a truly powerful and healing experience."

TJ, California

“Nothing short of transformative."

Fatma, Canada

"This workshop helped me access direct connection to my body and the wisdom within it. I released tears without a story. Even after the workshop, I moved with the body as it needed and felt much release."

Anne, Massachusetts

"I have felt like I was spinning my wheels, creating stories to explain my uncomfortable physical sensations (it's my father's fault...). This workshop cuts right to the chase: my body's responses are mine, and unless I spend time with it, it won't reveal its messages. Highly recommend!"

Who this is for

This circle is for you if:

  • You’re tired of managing yourself from your head and sense that your body is holding more than your conscious mind can resolve

  • You’re self-aware, reflective, and have likely done therapy, mindset work, or personal growth, but still feel stressful patterns living in your nervous system

  • You move through life feeling braced, rushed, anxious, or on guard, even when things are “fine”

  • You want real, lasting change, not a temporary reset or peak experience

  • You’re willing to slow down enough to feel - without forcing, fixing, or performing

  • You’re open to working in relationship and community, not doing this entirely alone

  • You want a practice that becomes part of your life, not another thing to “keep up with”

  • You value kindness, honesty, and embodiment over hustle, pressure, or self-improvement culture

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation, movement, or inquiry. You don’t need to have a clear goal or problem to fix. You just need a genuine desire to be in a different relationship with yourself.

Who This Isn’t For

This circle is not the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix, a breakthrough weekend, or instant relief

  • You want techniques to override your body, suppress symptoms, or “power through”

  • You’re not open to working with the body or nervous system

  • You prefer highly structured, performance-based programs with rigid outcomes

  • You’re unwilling or unable to commit to a regular practice over time

  • You want advice, strategies, or solutions without engaging in lived experience

  • You’re currently seeking crisis-level support that requires immediate clinical intervention

This work is gentle, but it’s real. It asks for presence, honesty, and commitment.

If you feel both drawn to this and a little resistant or unsure, that’s not a red flag. That’s often a sign that your system recognizes something unfamiliar… and meaningful. We can explore that together.

Friends Laughing Together

What to Expect
July - December, 2026
An intimate group

This is a 6-month immersion devoted to:

  • grounding

  • body-based Inquiry

  • somatic movement

  • meditation

  • supportive community

Not as a quick fix, but as a living practice. Think of it as standing weekly “dates” with yourself: time set aside to listen, feel, and build trust in the relationship that matters most.

Over six months, you’ll learn how to:

  • Befriend your mind instead of fighting it

  • Trust your body as the doorway to presence

  • Build a sustainable practice of presence, clarity and peace

  • Meet stress and triggers with compassion

  • Break old patterns of self-criticism and neglect

  • Stay connected to yourself, nature, and community

  • Show up in relationships and work with more presence and integrity

This circle exists for one clear purpose: to support personal liberation from suffering, and to integrate what you learn into everyday life. Retreats and workshops can open something powerful… but without a regular practice, it’s easy to slip back into old patterns.

We wouldn’t go to the gym for a weekend and expect lifelong fitness. Inner resilience works the same way. This circle builds the muscles of presence, compassion, and embodied awareness, so over time, they become who you are, not just something you visit.

Generally Happy Person

I spent the first half of my life lost in my head, run by thoughts that caused immense suffering. Learning to work with the mind brought clarity, but it wasn’t the whole picture.

After surviving an aggressive form of leukemia, something deeper revealed itself: lasting liberation didn’t come from more mental work, it came from finally including the body.

There’s a difference between coping and being free. I’m devoted to the latter.

FAQ

What exactly is the 6-Month Immersion?

It’s a small, committed group that meets regularly for six months to help you reconnect your mind and body in a real, practical way.

Instead of trying to “think your way” out of anxiety, stress, or old patterns, you learn how to listen to what your body is holding and meet your mind with more clarity, compassion, and simplicity.

Over time, your mind and body begin working together rather than in opposition - creating lasting, embodied change.

Who is this for?

This is for people who:

  • Understand their stressful patterns logically, but still feel them living in the body.

  • Have reached the limits of mindset work and want to integrate the body’s intelligence into their healing.

  • Want grounded support, structure, and accountability in a space that welcomes the whole human—mind, body, and nervous system.

  • Felt something come alive in their body during this work and want to deepen that connection.

If this is you, you’re in the right place.

Is this good for beginners?

Absolutely. All levels of experience are welcome, and we all strive to be open-minded beginners on this journey. You don’t need experience with somatic practices, meditation, or Inquiry.

Each session guides you gently inward, meeting yourself right where you are. Everything is experiential, simple, grounded, and focused on helping you reconnect with your body’s cues while quieting the mental noise.

We will all be learning together.

What if I miss a session?

No problem! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive the somatic practices, recordings, and tools so you can stay connected to your mind/body work even if you can’t make it live.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most people experience:

  • Less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system

  • A clearer, more grounded mind

  • A deeper connection with their body’s truth

  • More ease meeting fear, stress, or emotion without getting overwhelmed

  • A sense of inner alignment - your mind and body finally working together instead pulling in different directions

This work is powerful, and your results reflect your willingness to show up for yourself.

How much time does it take?

You can move at your own pace. Everything is recorded so there’s no perfectionism and no falling behind. Just steady, supportive mind–body practice that builds over time. If you dive in fully, plan for 2-4 hours a week of devotion to your liberation.

What happens inside each weekly session?

Each gathering includes:

  • Somatic practices to reconnect with your body

  • Body-Based Inquiry to integrate your mind’s clarity with your body’s truth

  • Regulating breathwork

  • Meditation

  • Tools and information you can use between sessions

You’ll be held inside a supportive, grounded community where both your mind and body are welcomed fully.

Will I have to keep up with lots of Zoom links and platforms?

Nope. Everything you need is in one easy-to-navigate place. We use the Circle Community Platform - a simple, calm, organized, distraction-free home for your inner work. No ads. No feeds. No noisy social scroll. Just a clean, simple space for your mind and body to land.
