The Most Important and Lasting Relationship You Will Ever Have Is With Yourself.
Are You Your Type?
You are your life partner. You’re with you every moment… for many of us, this is a struggle.

We’re often left feeling worn out by the onslaught of the mind, bombarded with the stories it tells. The need for relief can look like distraction, overworking, numbing out with food or drink, people-pleasing, or constantly chasing the next accomplishment. We try to escape the pressure inside by fixing things outside, yet the cycle always returns.
What we truly long for is peace with ourselves - the ability to meet our own mind and body with kindness, steadiness, and capacity. Without this foundation, every other relationship - family, friendships, business, and the general complexities of life - feels harder, less steady, and sometimes overwhelming.
That’s why this circle exists: to give you a place to come home to yourself, you’ll learn how to stop fighting or running from your mind and body - and start befriending them. They hold the keys to your clarity and happiness.
Join us for a 6-month circle devoted to grounding, body-based Inquiry, somatic movement, and community.
The purpose of this group is straightforward: to foster personal liberation from suffering and to integrate the practices you learn into your everyday life.

The Relationship That Lasts Circle
You’ll be invited to regular dates with yourself - standing appointments to connect with your own presence, listen deeply, and build trust in the relationship that matters most.

Over six months, you'll learn to:
Why I'm Offering This

Retreats and workshops can open something powerful; they help us reconnect with our inner wisdom and joy. But afterward, it’s easy to slip back into the busyness of daily life and lose touch with that sense of embodied presence.

A regular practice is what helps it stick.
We don’t take our bodies to the gym for a weekend and expect them to become and stay fit forever - the same goes for our inner fitness and resilience.

This circle is will support you to bring insights, freedom, and aliveness into your everyday life. Together, we’ll keep building the muscles of presence, compassion, and embodied awareness, so that over time, it becomes part of who you are, not just something you visit.

Generally Happy Person
I spent the first half of my life lost in my head, run by my thoughts, which weren’t all that helpful or clear-minded. I suffered a lot. Eventually, I learned to work with my mind and experienced a profound shift - a sense of clarity and presence I had never known before. I was on a healing path.

Then came a turning point. After a recent bout with an aggressive form of leukemia that brought me mentally and physically to my knees, something entirely new revealed itself: lasting liberation from that suffering - not by doing more work with just my mind, but by unexpectedly inviting my body into the mix.
There’s a difference between learning to cope with our stress and trauma and truly being liberated from it. I’m interested in the latter - and it’s my deepest desire to share that possibility.

FAQ
What exactly is the 6-Month Immersion?

It’s a small, committed group that meets regularly for six months to help you reconnect your mind and body in a real, practical way.

Instead of trying to “think your way” out of anxiety, stress, or old patterns, you learn how to listen to what your body is holding and meet your mind with more clarity, compassion, and simplicity.
Over time, your mind and body begin working together rather than in opposition - creating lasting, embodied change.

Who is this for?

This is for people who:
-
Understand their stressful patterns logically, but still feel them living in the body.
-
Have reached the limits of mindset work and want to integrate the body’s intelligence into their healing.
-
Want grounded support, structure, and accountability in a space that welcomes the whole human—mind, body, and nervous system.
-
Felt something come alive in their body during this work and want to deepen that connection.
If this is you, you’re in the right place.

Is this good for beginners?

Absolutely. All levels of experience are welcome, and we all strive to be open-minded beginners on this journey. You don’t need experience with somatic practices, meditation, or Inquiry.
Each session guides you gently inward, meeting yourself right where you are. Everything is experiential, simple, grounded, and focused on helping you reconnect with your body’s cues while quieting the mental noise.
We will all be learning together.

What if I miss a session?

No problem! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive the somatic practices, recordings, and tools so you can stay connected to your mind/body work even if you can’t make it live.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most people experience:
-
Less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system
-
A clearer, more grounded mind
-
A deeper connection with their body’s truth
-
More ease meeting fear, stress, or emotion without getting overwhelmed
-
A sense of inner alignment - your mind and body finally working together instead pulling in different directions

This work is powerful, and your results reflect your willingness to show up for yourself.

How much time does it take?

You can move at your own pace. Everything is recorded so there’s no perfectionism and no falling behind. Just steady, supportive mind–body practice that builds over time. If you dive in fully, plan for 2-4 hours a week of devotion to your liberation.

What happens inside each weekly session?
Each gathering includes:
-
Somatic practices to reconnect with your body
-
Body-Based Inquiry to integrate your mind’s clarity with your body’s truth
-
Regulating breathwork
-
Meditation
-
Tools and information you can use between sessions
You’ll be held inside a supportive, grounded community where both your mind and body are welcomed fully.

Will I have to keep up with lots of Zoom links and platforms?

Nope. Everything you need is in one easy-to-navigate place. We use the Circle Community Platform - a simple, calm, organized, distraction-free home for your inner work. No ads. No feeds. No noisy social scroll. Just a clean, simple space for your mind and body to land.
