Connect your mind and body for true healing and a happy life
Moab, Utah
March 12-16, 2026
Ready to trade pressure for peace and rewrite your most persistent patterns?
You’re capable. You get things done. From the outside, your life probably looks fine, maybe even successful. But underneath the productivity, the competence, the “I’ve got this,” there’s often a constant inner pressure running the show. The pressure to keep going. To stay strong. To not slow down too much… because if you do, something might unravel. Maybe it sounds like: "If I rest, I’ll fall behind," "If I slow down, I’ll lose momentum," "I need to prove my worth before I can relax."
You’re not broken for living this way. You’ve simply learned how to survive in a world that rewards pushing over listening. And eventually, the body starts to whisper (or shout) that something isn’t right, even when everything looks “good” on paper.
And, you may have done your work with therapy, mindset work, etc. The thing is, unprocessed stress doesn’t disappear just because you understand it. It lives in the body, so it can’t resolve through insight alone.
I learned this the hard way. After a long and aggressive treatment for cancer, my old frameworks collapsed. Strategy couldn’t hold me. Words couldn’t fix it. My mind had reached its limit. What brought me back wasn’t effort, it was listening. Walking in nature. Letting my body move without an agenda. Questioning stressful thoughts while feeling their impact on my nervous system.
That’s when things shifted. Because when the body finally feels safe enough to finish what it’s been holding, clarity doesn’t need to be chased. It emerges naturally.
This is why burnout, fatigue, and that low-grade sense of “something’s off” persist for so many high-functioning people: the mind keeps managing life while the body is still braced. True freedom happens when those two come back into partnership.
This is exactly why I created the Moab Retreat. Over several days in the wide, grounding landscape of Moab, we create the conditions your system rarely gets:
-
Daily movement in nature that gently unwinds stored tension
-
Quiet, spacious time without needing to explain or perform
-
Somatic practices that allow emotion and stress to move through, without force
-
Body-Based Inquiry to question limiting beliefs where they actually live (in the body)
-
A small, supportive community that knows how to hold presence, not fix you
Nothing here is about pushing, performing, or becoming someone new. It’s about letting your body complete old stress responses so you can experience life with more ease, clarity, and aliveness, without trying so hard.
You don’t need to work harder to feel whole. You don’t need another strategy. If something in your body recognizes what’s written here, this retreat is for you.
Join us in Moab this March.
