Join a supportive community to do Inquiry! All levels of experience are welcome!
8:30 - 9:00 am PDT
Pop on for this optional 30-minute session - we will write a Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet (below) together and take time to answer questions and share insights.
9:00 - 10:30 am PDT
After a brief introduction, we will open Zoom break-out rooms for you to partner to do The Work for a little over an hour.
To wrap up, we will all return to the main group room to share our thoughts, questions, and insights.
This is a great opportunity to support yourself in building a regular habit of questioning stressful thoughts while enjoying the support of community.
All levels of experience with The Work are welcome! Please fill out the attached Worksheet.
