Enough

The Practice of Being on Your Own Side

Six weeks to interrupt the habit of self-criticism and practice a new way of meeting yourself.

What if self-criticism can be unlearned?

You may already know the voice in your head isn't telling you the truth.

  • You know you don't have to be perfect.

  • You know comparison doesn't help.

  • You know being hard on yourself isn't making you better.

And still, the pattern keeps happening. Because self-criticism isn't only something we think. It can become something the body has learned, an automatic way of tightening, pushing, performing, correcting, and turning against ourselves.

Enough is six weeks of practicing something different.

Not convincing yourself that you're good enough. Practicing what happens when you stop abandoning yourself in the moments you believe you're not.

You may have already tried to think your way out of self-criticism. The mind may understand “I’m enough,” while the body is still bracing, performing, comparing or preparing for rejection.

Meet Your Facilitators

This is the work we guide - but more importantly, it’s the space we hold for you to experience it yourself.

Six Weeks of Meeting the Inner Critic Differently

Over six weeks, we'll explore the patterns that keep self-criticism alive, not only through the mind, but through the body.

We'll work with patterns such as:

  • Not good enough

  • Perfectionism

  • Comparison

  • Overfunctioning

The difference is that we won't look for resolution through the mind alone.

We'll include the body in the inquiry.

The mind often believes self-criticism is helping. It thinks, i"f I scare you enough, push you enough, point out what's wrong quickly enough, maybe you'll do better. Maybe you'll be okay."

But when we slow down enough to experience what that strategy actually does to the body - the fear, tension, panic, confusion, and pain - the mind gets new information.

It can begin to see: This isn't helping the way I thought it was.

That direct experience creates the possibility for something different.

Not getting rid of the mind. Not fighting the inner critic. We help the mind discover a kinder, and often far more effective, way of meeting fear that doesn't require turning against yourself. It is possible to bring the mind and body into partnership. Presence, clarity, and wisdom are accessible in that space.

Learn to recognize the moment you turn against yourself and practice another way of meeting what's here.

The goal isn't to stop self-critical thoughts. It's to change your relationship with the part of your mind that believes it needs them.

Real Change, Real People

"Words fail to describe how transformative this was for my mental, emotional, and physical health + wellbeing.

I’m now feeling grounded, centered, capable, trusting in myself, my body, my intuition, and life.

I'm so grateful for Korinne's guidance, lived experience, and how the community bonded and supported each other.

"The experience wasn’t just about learning a method; it was about actually living it.

Everything felt integrated and meaningful.  Korinne is an incredibly inspiring facilitator. She holds space in a way that feels both grounded and compassionate, while also gently encouraging.

I’m leaving with a deeper connection to myself, a better understanding of how to stay present with what arises, and a real appreciation for the mind-body relationship this work invites."

"The Immersion Circle has helped me get in touch with the mind/body connection.

I’m learning to meet each with less seriousness and more compassion and curiosity.  I notice as emotions are spontaneously expressed throughout the body, the mind effortlessly quiets."

Your Six-Week Rhythm

October 4–November 13, 2026

This isn't a course you simply watch. All sessions are offered live, online, with multiple touchpoints. Recordings are available (life happens!)

It's a practice you return to throughout the week - sometimes deeply, sometimes for just fifteen minutes.

Sundays · Somatic Practice + Partner Inquiry

8:00–10:30 AM MT

We begin in the body with movement and somatic practice, then move into partnered inquiry so you can work directly with what's showing up in your life.

Tuesdays · Group Work + Body-Based Inquiry

6:00–8:00 PM MT

Our primary group session: live facilitation, Body-Based Inquiry, somatic processing, conversation, and integration.

Wednesdays · Guided Meditation

6:00–6:15 PM MT

A short midweek practice to stop, reconnect, and notice what's here.

Fridays · Bad Art

6:00–6:15 PM MT

Fifteen intentionally unproductive minutes of making something badly.

No talent required. No outcome to achieve. Just a simple creative practice for slowing down, loosening control, and being here.

Come to what you can. Recordings are available, and there is no expectation that you attend every offering live.

You don't need to become a better version of yourself, let's practice staying with the one who's already here.
